I have been looking around for tool for UML diagramming for very long time. I never found any good tool. StarUML on windows platform really raise my expectation. I used it to design a quite complex system before. But Now I was looking for something that can run natively on Mac and I can rely on it for my forthcoming project.
I have spent good amount of time today research and trying so many tool and drawing tool. though I am not doing code generation but I still don’t want just a diagramming tool.
at Last I have settle down with Ecplise + UML Desinger (latest verison at the time of writing).
I will update this article as I get more familiarity with add-on.
Update :
I have was not happy how Eclipse version Kepler and Luna was not compatible with UML Designer. So kept searching on for UML designing tool. Today Dec 03, 2014, found that my fav tool starUML debut on OSX world on Dec 01, 2014. www.staruml.io
Thanks to you guys finally ending my search. I can now settle down and start create my project without any hassle.
